NA Principal Federal HCM Solution Engineer – GDI

Oracle is seeking a Principal Federal HCM Solution Engineer to support a large-scale Federal HR modernization initiative serving Federal Civilian Agencies.

This forward-deployed role will work closely with customer stakeholders, implementation partners, and Oracle teams throughout implementation, deployment, stabilization, and adoption. The successful candidate will provide broad Human Resources functional coverage while delivering hands-on support across Oracle Cloud HCM configuration, integrations, data, reporting, security, demonstrations, and technical issue resolution.
