Master Principal Federal HCM Solution Engineering

Oracle is seeking a Senior Principal Federal HCM Solution Engineering Lead to provide strategic solution leadership across Oracle’s Federal HCM business.

This senior individual contributor will lead solution strategy for Oracle’s largest, most complex, and most strategic Federal HCM opportunities. The role will partner with Federal sales leadership, account teams, consulting, product management, development, customer success, implementation partners, and executive stakeholders to shape HR modernization strategies and position Oracle Cloud HCM as the foundation for Federal workforce transformation.
