CNA - PACE

Under the direction of the Nursing Services Manager, provides support services for the medical staff in the Clinic. Provides care in support of Participant satisfaction and retention. Assists Participants in such activities as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, getting to and from restroom, toileting, changing incontinence products, and clothing. Responsible for preparing Participants for medical exam by Clinic MD and RNs.

Ability to support the mission and core values of the Sisters of Providence, and demonstration the spirit of teamwork. Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) work at the Center and/or in the Participants' homes.
