The AI Ops Manager is accountable for the operational reliability, cost efficiency, performance, and safe evolution of AI solutions at enterprise scale. This role sits at the intersection of data platforms, AI engineering, product teams, and governance, ensuring that AI services move from experimentation into trusted, production‑grade capabilities.

Operating within a Databricks, Azure, and Foundry ecosystem, the AI Ops Manager establishes and runs the AI Ops practices covering usage, cost, quality, risk, and lifecycle management enabling AI to scale safely, predictably, and with measurable business impact.
