Seeking a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in sports governance, public sector advisory, and sports ecosystem development. Responsible for advising governments, sports authorities, national federations, and organizing committees on policy reforms, governance transformation, infrastructure planning, funding strategies, institutional strengthening, and major sporting event delivery. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful implementation programs.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in sports governance, policy advisory, or public sector consulting.
• Expertise in sports policy, governance frameworks, institutional development, and sports infrastructure.
• Experience working with governments, sports federations, and organizing committees.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale sports development and transformation projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program management capabilities.
