Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SharePoint Developer to join our IT team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level SharePoint solutions. This role is critical to enabling collaboration, document management, and workflow automation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint Online environments, with a strong understanding of modern development practices using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, architect scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality applications that enhance productivity and user experience.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Ø Design and Develop Solutions
• q Build custom SharePoint components including web parts, extensions, site templates, and workflows using SPFx, Power Platform, and .NET technologies.

Ø Integrate Microsoft 365 Services

• q Develop integrations with Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services using Graph API and RESTful services.
• q Develop and maintain custom applications using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and REST APIs.

Ø Collaborate with Stakeholders

q Work closely with business users, analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Ø Ensure Security and Compliance

q Implement and maintain SharePoint governance policies, permission models, and data protection standards.

Ø Maintain and Support SharePoint Environments

q Provide ongoing support for SharePoint Online including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.

Ø Documentation and Training

q Create technical documentation, user guides, and provide training or support to end users and internal teams.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience

• Ø 6+ years of work experience as a SharePoint Developer
• Ø Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation
• Ø Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services
• Ø Ability to write Stored Procedures, write complex SQL queries, and ability to analyze the SQL data is desired
• Ø Experience with .NET languages (C#, VB .NET)
• Ø Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery

Technical Skills

• Ø Experience with C#, .NET Framework/Core, and RESTful APIs
• Ø Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React.js
• Ø Knowledge of PnP PowerShell, CAML, and CSOM/JSOM
• Ø Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Ø Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph API
• Ø Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and Visual Studio Code
• Ø Understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance models
• Ø Basic AI development experience
