The RN - Charge Nurse for Behavioral Medicine is a key player in the delivery of care consistent with the recovery model assuring that staff is providing person centered care evidenced by choice, respect, dignity, partnerships, self-management, and full inclusion. This position takes responsibility to set the stage in creating a culture that embraces all aspects of the recovery model and strategies to reduce seclusion and restraint.
