Program Manager

For Product Assigned

• Responsible to oversee, production phases necessary to attain successful Order fulfilment (Sales Order Line Items) on time, meeting quality requirements at cost targets.
• Responsible for stages of production: Pre-Production, Planning, VMC Programming, machine shop parts fabrication, Assembly and FFF (quality verification).
• Lead & mentor cross functional team (members dedicated to Products Assigned) consisting of Planners, Process Engineers, VMC programmers, and Production Supervisors in pursuit of objectives outlined above.
• Primary objective - Meet weekly, quarterly throughput results aligned to capacity targets, deliver quality products consistently and develop continuous improvement in manufacturing technology & process control which yield, as a byproduct, higher levels of efficiency and productivity as measured in the aggregate and on a per unit basis.
