Business Development Associate – Vietnam Market (RDI Compensation Survey)

WTW Thailand is seeking a Vietnamese & English speaking Business Development Associate to support the growth of our Compensation Survey and broader Rewards advisory business in Vietnam.

This role involves engaging with clients to build relationships, understand their HR context, and support the identification of opportunities for survey participation and potential advisory support. The role will work closely with regional teams and local RDI team in Thailand to connect WTW’s tools and expertise with client needs in Vietnam.
