Job Summary

The Head of Finance, Taiwan, leads the finance function for the country and is responsible for financial planning, reporting, governance, and performance management of a USD 26–30 million business.

As a key member of the local Taiwan Leadership Team, the role partners closely with the Country Manager and cross-functional teams to support business decision-making, drive financial discipline, and contribute to the delivery of financial targets and sustainable growth.

The role combines business partnering with strong operational finance leadership, ensuring effective execution of financial plans, robust controls, and continuous improvement in processes and data-driven insights.
