Mission Finding Support (Part-time)

This position is central to the missionaries' role to 'Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.' Mission Finding Developers are lead support level, individual contributors. The Mission Finding Developer proactively identifies opportunities to improve global missionary finding efforts through technology, data analysis, experimentation, and strategic recommendations. This role partners with product managers, developers, content specialists, advertising teams, and operations stakeholders to uncover insights, test new ideas, and drive measurable improvements in key outcomes such as referrals, contacts, lessons, baptisms, and cost efficiency.
