Risk Operations Specialist – Operational Risk

Tradeweb is seeking a detail-oriented Risk Operations Specialist to support key Operational Risk programs, including Client Due Diligence (CDD), Policy Management, Vendor Management, and Training Oversight. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Legal, and business functions to ensure effective governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in risk, compliance, or operations within financial services or fintech, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while driving process improvements and reporting enhancements.
