The Executive, Customer Assurance will support in improving the financial advisory process of the representatives by conducting structured post-sale client surveys. This role identifies advisory gaps, ensures compliance with fair dealing outcomes, and verifies that representatives gather proper client information, explain product risks accurately, and maintain documentation standards.
