Responds to Help Desk tickets and telephone calls, as well as in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing Computer problems.
Configures & deploys IT equipment to end-users and other applicable areas.
Escalates unresolved issues and requests to the higher tier.
Other duties as assigned.
