Global Compliance and Reporting Solutions (GCRS) is a core service line focused on helping multinational organisations meet their statutory, regulatory, and recurring reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions, in a consistent, scalable, and technology enabled way.

The Global Capability Services (GCS) Director is responsible for leading and scaling a high-performing professional services team in the Philippines that supports global client delivery across the GCRS service line. The role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, talent development, and stakeholder management to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned with global standards.

The Director will play a critical role in developing the capability, and reputation of the GCS as a trusted delivery centre within the firm. The role combines client leadership, people management, operational oversight, and commercial awareness.
