About The Role
Under general supervision, performs Failure Analysis, Repair, Form, Fit and Function test of Cohu Semiconductor Equipment Group (SEG) Return Material Authorization (RMA) products and its modules as outlined in procedures and work instructions. Ensures completeness and integrity of Handler Modules and spares prior delivery to customer.
Responsible for performing CRPV, FA and repair for handler sub-assembly products/Eclipse SLK
