Manager - Land Acquisition

Land Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and purchasing land parcels to support strategic business and development goals. This role involves sourcing properties, conducting due diligence, negotiating purchase agreements, and overseeing the legal transactions required to secure land.

Core Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Market Analysis: Identify strategic land parcels for development through market research and regional trends.
• Network Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, land aggregators, and local government officials.
• Due Diligence: Conduct site analysis, verify land titles, review zoning possibilities, and assess environmental and legal risks.
• Financial & Feasibility Analysis: Prepare financial analyses, cost projections, and proposals for executive leadership to evaluate project viability.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable purchase agreements, joint development structures, and terms with landowners.
