Front Line Manager Secondment (Rotary)

The purpose of this job description is to define the roles and responsibilities of an electrical or mechanical Front Line Manager in the Rotary Business Unit (BU). The FLM is responsible to the appropriate Production Manager for effective leadership or their area of responsibility in order to deliver safe and efficient maintenance of aircraft within the BU.
