Senior Director, Clinical Operations (Medical/Surgical)

This position is a senior nursing director position responsible for the oversight and management of a number of patient care areas including Medical Surgical inpatient units to include Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, and Cardiology. This position requires advanced progressive management /leadership experience in managing large programmatic & strategic responsibilities including interdisciplinary collaboration internally and or externally, financial, quality, patient experience responsibilities over a number of areas. Responsible for supporting, mentoring and coaching nurse managers and other nurse leaders following the core leadership competencies of AONL. Ensures shared governance and the foundation of the Magnet standards are enculturated throughout.
