Leads quality related to continuous improvement projects.
Works with internal/external departments, suppliers and customers to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met and that products conform to quality standards.
Aligns and approves improvement actions and directs the activities of the quality department staff.
Coaches/Trains people on 6 sigma approaches and tools.
Establishes zero defect and 6 Sigma culture in Cohu.
