Cloud Portfolio Management Representative

As a UCC Customer Success Renewal and Expansion Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of Public Sector renewal customers throughout their cloud subscription lifecycle. This role is responsible for driving OCI consumption growth, securing high customer renewal rates, minimizing contract forfeiture, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction through proactive customer relationship management.
