Associate Process Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, assortment gaps, competitor pricing, and promotional activity
• Support category managers and merchandising teams with actionable insights to optimize product strategy
• Develop dashboards and regular reports to track assortment performance, competitive positioning, and digital shelf share
• Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc data requests related to pricing, market intelligence, and assortment planning
• Translate analytical insights into clear business recommendations for leadership

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with product management, merchandising, sales, and pricing teams to align analytical outputs to business needs
• Communicate insights and recommendations to business and technical audiences effectively
