Customer Centre Coordinator - Oceania - APAC

DP World is currently seeking a Customer Centre Coordinator to join the Commercial Operations team based at our Port Botany Terminal. In this role, you will act as the main liaison between customers and the scheduling teams. Additionally, you will manage customer-specific operational requests, build strong relationships with local and international stakeholders, and oversee a dedicated portfolio of customers. The role will focus on driving continuous improvement in vessel utilisation, container flow, and logistics processes while ensuring smooth daily operations. This is an exciting 12-month Maximum Term opportunity, with work required across Monday–Sunday.
