What you'll do

• Administer and manage online market research projects end-to-end
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and maintain direct client contact throughout all project phases
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions
• Oversee customer specifications, quality control processes, and data collection scheduling

Who we're looking for

• ✓ 1-2 years of experience in market research firms
• ✓ Strong English communication skills with enthusiasm to practice daily
• ✓ Project management experience across different areas (a plus!)
• ✓ Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
• ✓ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
