Real Property Manager, Entry Mid

Cherokee Federal is seeking an experienced Real Property Manager to support Cherokee and the Hickam AFB Civil Engineering Squadron (647 CES). The 647 Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) is located on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The Air Force Chief of Staff has directed through the Senior Installation Management Group that Hickam AFB be restored to the Air Force as the main service. A key component of this action requires the transfer of real property from the Navy to the Air Force. The 647 CES requires contract support to enable this in-house capability to begin this process.
