Senior Director of Growth – Salesforce Practice

HESFP LLC, a Cherokee Federal owned company, is seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Growth to lead expansion across our federal Salesforce Practice. In this role, you will drive business development, capture, and solutioning across federal civilian, Department of Defense (DoD), and state and local government markets. You will own the Salesforce opportunity pipeline end to end qualification, prioritization, forecasting, and executive reporting while leading large-scale pursuits and mentoring the teams behind smaller task orders and contracts.
