D2C Operations Specialist - Fanatec

In this role, you will help ensure the day‑to‑day stability and reliability of our D2C webshop by overseeing product data, pricing, inventory, and order flow. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate webshop content and backend configurations, proactively identifying and escalating issues to minimize customer impact and reduce follow‑up work for Customer Service. Through structured execution and close collaboration with Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics, you will contribute to smooth order processing, low backlog levels, and a consistently high‑quality ecommerce customer experience.
