Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager – Production will lead end-to-end production operations, production planning, and process optimization to achieve business objectives. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations, meeting production KPIs, maintaining statutory and quality compliance, optimizing resource utilization, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, managing cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and supporting CAPEX and process development projects to enhance overall plant performance.
