About The Role

•Prepare Monthly Production Planning Product/Line wise and RM Requirement to PPC.
•Ensure generation of WPI timely of All required material & Tools (Except RM)
•Review & Recheck of ISO / Process/Mould Document Daily
•Do daily meetings with workshop, Lance & PCPF Supervisor
•Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports & Stock management of FG /RM in RDS
•Meeting the quality & efficiency parameters of product and Process. (no. of customer complaint &rejection %)
•Meeting the customer service index (OTIF) as per the target.
•Co-ordination with marketing for Lance Performance & ISO Audit
•Follow the instructions & extend support to the reporting Manager.
•Update SOP and HIRA regularly and Ensure training.
•Ensure smooth operation in Job worker production (PCPF)
