Prompt After Sales Service
Responsible to provide service by site inspection of customers
Supervising construction quality & testing of cement and concrete
Receive & analyze quality related complaints & proper redressal of the same, thus enhancing the customer satisfaction level
Supporting Sales Team & network in business enhancement
Responsible for generation of leads from IHB and Influencers
Executing the requisite activities (Mason meet, IHB meet, Contractor Meets, Mason mela , Counter meets, Consumer Camp) as per budget in close co-ordination with sales team
Involve & Engage with Influencers
Gathering market information regarding Quality, MTC, services provides and activities conducted by competitor brands
