About The Role
The IAM Security Architect is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and administration of the enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This role provides detailed recommendations for IAM architecture and technology, and establishes standards governing identity lifecycle, access control, and identity governance across the organization.
The IAM Security Architect works with security, infrastructure, cloud, application, and support teams to develop and implement IAM capabilities that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise systems and data. This role is accountable for modernizing and standardizing access controls while eliminating inefficient and high-risk IAM practices.
This role is responsible for building, executing, and governing the enterprise IAM program, including large-scale remediation and modernization efforts across identity platforms, access controls, and governance processes.
