HR Officer Bangladesh Cox's Bazar (Internal)

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is recruiting an HR Officer for its Cox’s Bazar Area Office. The HR Officer will support the effective implementation of NRC’s Human Resources policies, procedures, and administrative systems at the area and field-office levels.

The role will coordinate contingent worker recruitment and support national staff recruitment, maintain accurate and confidential HR records, support payroll, leave management, performance management, learning and development activities, audits, and HR reporting. The position will also support the day-to-day administration of NRC offices, guesthouses, facilities, travel, accommodation, meetings, and events.
