Associate Director, Employee Relations & Policy

This position will be responsible for the delivery of key Employee Relations, Workplace Health & Safety and Policy related projects as assigned to improve the function’s operational expertise and technical ability and reduce organization risk. It will provide technical employee relations advice and guidance in the following areas across all of IFM’s office locations globally.
