Are you an organised team leader, a detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting people and processes? We're looking for a proactive Community Care Supervisor to join our dynamic STEPs Reablement team. In this key role, you will have the oversight of work schedules planned for Support workers & Senior Support workers, to ensure as far as possible these remain optimised at all times.
