About The Role

  • Join our dynamic team as a Care Trainer, where you will deliver engaging training and support to vital health and social care workers.
  • Salary: £30,500
  • Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

  • Base: Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL31 2FR. Travel to different sites across Cornwall will be required. Business travel will be reimbursed at 55p per mile.
  • Other: Hybrid role

About the role

Reporting into the Corserv Care Senior People Partner, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of high-quality training for all Corserv Care employees to ensure every employee is confident and competent in their ability to work in a person centred and compassionate manner. You will also support the delivery of the People Plan, with the overall aim of improving the employee journey for Corserv Care’s People.
