Functional Consultant, Public Sector

The consultant supports government customers by designing functional solutions, configuring platforms, and collaborating across teams to ensure compliant and scalable contract lifecycle management in regulated environments.

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives, contracting processes, and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations aligned with implementation best practices.
• Configure application components including workflows, forms, business rules, validations, approvals, and role-based permissions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops, solution demonstrations, and user acceptance activities with customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, Product Management, and Support teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
