About The Role

Serve as the primary functional advisor for Public Sector and Federal customers.
Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, design workshops, and UAT preparation.
Translate business, compliance, and contracting requirements into scalable Icertis solutions.
Own functional delivery across the full implementation lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
Lead design reviews and ensure solutions align with product capabilities and best practices.
Oversee configuration activities and validate solutions against approved requirements.
Drive testing, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and implementation quality.
Partner with project managers, architects, technical teams, and customer stakeholders.
Identify risks, manage escalations, and support mitigation planning.
Mentor consultants and analysts while promoting delivery excellence and reusable best practices.
