Technical Analyst (ERP & EPM Integration) Malaysia

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain integrations across ERP (SAP/Oracle), EPM, and automation tools.
• Manage API integrations, middleware workflows, and data transformation logic.
• Monitor interface health, resolve integration issues, and ensure smooth data flow.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration inventories, and support SOPs.
• Support change requests, enhancements, upgrades, and regression testing.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and audit requirements.
• Validate financial data accuracy across systems in partnership with Finance and Risk teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual steps or optimise integration performance.
• Participate in incident reviews, technical assessments, and CAB discussions.
• Collaborate with Functional Analysts, Technical Leads, Vendors, and Infrastructure teams.

What You Will Bring

• 3–7 years of experience in ERP/EPM integration or technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle integrations, middleware, and APIs.
• Exposure to EPM tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion) and automation (UiPath, Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of financial data structures and finance business processes.
• Proven capability working in structured IT environments with change and release processes.
