About The Role

We are partnering with a leading organisation to hire a Senior Executive, GTM – Prepaid Mobile to support prepaid product launches, promotions, competitive responses, and go-to-market execution across multiple channels.

About the Role

This role will support the planning and execution of prepaid mobile GTM initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launches, channel readiness, and strong customer engagement. You will play a key role in coordinating stakeholders, tracking launch readiness, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of campaigns and promotions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Planning & Launch Execution
  • Support prepaid product launches, promotions, campaigns, and competitive initiatives
  • Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Customer Care, Finance, IT, and Operations
  • Manage GTM timelines, checklists, issue tracking, and launch coordination
  • Channel Readiness
  • Ensure retail, reseller, distributor, digital, telesales, and customer care channels are ready for launch
  • Coordinate training materials, FAQs, customer communications, and operational updates
  • Gather and escalate channel feedback to improve launch execution
  • Campaign & Promotion Execution
  • Support execution of prepaid campaigns including:
  • Acquisition offers
  • Reload promotions
  • Roaming / IDD initiatives
  • Tourist SIM campaigns
  • Coordinate campaign setup, customer journey alignment, and launch communications
  • Competitive & Market Coordination
  • Monitor competitor prepaid offers and support tactical market responses
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment for promotional and channel activities
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations teams
  • Ensure timely follow-through on dependencies, approvals, and post-launch actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in:
  • GTM execution
  • Product marketing
  • Campaign operations
  • Channel coordination
  • Project management
  • Experience in telco, prepaid, consumer tech, retail, e-commerce, fintech, or travel-related businesses preferred
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable managing timelines, launch checklists, risks, and dependencies
  • Hands-on, organised, and detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting/dashboard tools
