Corporate Security Programs & Governance Manager

Our Corporate Security organization protects Coherent’s people, revenue, and industry-leading photonics innovation by building organizational resilience, facilitating risk-based decision-making, and reinforcing an environment of trust.

This role sits at the center of the Corporate Security function, connecting strategy to execution across physical security teams and into the business.

This is a chance to build and drive implementation of net new programs, shape company-wide initiatives, and ensure consistent execution—while making a measurable impact on our people and culture.
