Process Engineering Lead

The Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading and participating in engineering projects and teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of engineering solutions. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and testing of engineering projects, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project success. The Engineering Lead will Supervise/Manage engineers and technicians, with tasks including goal setting, mentoring, performance tracking, and ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.
