Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial planning, analysis, accounting, cost management, and reporting support for the Thermal Solutions Finance organization. This role supports monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, forecasting, budgeting, ERP-related activities, and business partnership with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and global manufacturing teams. The position is responsible for delivering accurate financial results, identifying key business drivers, strengthening internal controls, and supporting continuous improvement across finance processes.
