Senior Manager, Laser Development

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced technical leader to lead the development of advanced InP-based semiconductor laser products for data communication applications. The candidate will provide technical leadership across device design, process integration, characterization, and product development while helping shape the organization's technology roadmap. This role requires deep expertise in semiconductor laser physics, demonstrated success bringing products from concept through production, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional development programs across multiple sites.

Depending on organizational needs and the candidate's experience, this position may initially have direct management responsibility for a team of engineers or may initially function primarily as a senior technical leader with management responsibilities expanding over time.
