Thin Films Process Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Thin Film Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and support sputtering, evaporation, CVD, and RTP processes for semiconductor manufacturing. Experience with GaAs, InP, and/or silicon wafers is desired. This position is responsible for process development, equipment ownership, automation, recipe management, and thin-film characterization to ensure robust manufacturing performance, high yield, and successful new product introductions.
