Wet Etch Process Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Wet Etch Process Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in wet etch processes for advanced semiconductor devices. The ideal candidate will specialize in the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of wet etch processes for GaAs and InP substrates, supporting the fabrication of VCSELs, photodiodes, and Edge-Emitting Lasers. This role requires strong expertise in metrology techniques to ensure process control, yield improvement, and defect reduction in high-performance optoelectronic device manufacturing.
