Sr. NPI Quality Engineer

Cohu is a global leader in semiconductor test and inspection equipment, serving the world's top semiconductor manufacturers. Our Test Handler Group (TH) designs and manufactures precision test handlers used in the final test of integrated circuits. Our Rancho Bernardo facility serves as the primary design center and new product introduction (NPI) site for the handler product line — the hub where next-generation pick and place products are conceived, developed, validated, and launched into high-volume production.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our Rancho Bernardo team. In this role, you will own quality outcomes across the full product lifecycle — from early design engagement through customer acceptance — with particular emphasis on new product introduction, supplier quality, and field quality performance. You will work closely with design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and global customer quality teams to drive first-time-right design, prevent
