Their primary role is to create realistic exercise scenarios that challenge and train military personnel, intelligence analysts, or other stakeholders in the effective use of SIGINT and EW techniques and equipment. They develop scripts, oversee the execution of exercises, and provide feedback and evaluation on performance.
