Business Analyst

This position provides direct support to the Defense Health Agency. The Business Analyst will perform task management via the Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2) and business analysis on task management processes to identify workflow efficiencies. The candidate will interface with key senior leaders within the Agency, as well as correspondence points of contact within the Department of Defense (DoD). Ideal candidates will have ETMS2 and/or Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) experience, great customer service, and DoD experience. This position provides a hybrid work schedule, with the duty location of Falls Church, VA. The duty hours for this position are 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
