Staff Engineer, Quality

The Quality Engineer partners with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Suppliers, and Customers to build quality into products and processes through statistical methods, process control, risk management, supplier quality, and continuous improvement.

The Quality Engineer will spend significant time on the manufacturing floor understanding processes, investigating issues, and working alongside operators, supervisors, and engineers to identify risks, improve process capability, and ensure quality is designed into the process rather than inspected into the product.
