Job Summary: Coherent is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Commercial Transactions, Legal to lead a global commercial transactions team supporting our worldwide sales and supply chain organizations. This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for advising senior executives and business leaders on complex commercial matters across multiple business units and geographies.

The successful candidate will thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment, manage numerous high-priority matters simultaneously, and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice that enables growth while appropriately managing risk.

This role requires an attorney with substantial experience negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements within the electronics and/or semiconductor manufacturing industries, together with a deep understanding of global manufacturing supply chains, customer qualification requirements, and the commercial realities of highly engineered products.
